Digital Delivery All purchases are delivered as PDF files via email immediately after payment is confirmed, powered by Pendora Downloads. Please check your inbox (and spam/junk folder) after purchase.
Refund Eligibility We want you to feel confident buying from us. We offer refunds under the following conditions:
- The file failed to download or was not delivered to your email within 24 hours of purchase.
- The file is corrupted, unreadable, or significantly different from what was described.
Non-Refundable Circumstances Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be "returned," we are unable to offer refunds for:
